Palmare began with friendship, a shared creative spark, and the belief that something as familiar as a hot dog could feel entirely new.
Founded by Danielle and Lyndsey, Palmare grew from a friendship that took shape while their families were growing up side by side. As their children filled long summer days, snow days, and after-school afternoons playing together, Danielle and Lyndsey discovered a shared love of music, family, fun, and the values that matter most.
The concept of starting something together came up in one of those conversations that changes everything. During an afternoon walk, one casually mentioned, “I really want to start my own business one day,” and the other immediately replied, “Wait, really? Me too!”
“Did we just become best friends?” “Yep!”
Then came the idea: take one of America’s most loved foods and give it an entirely fresh point of view.
It made perfect sense. Few foods are as nostalgic, universally loved, or effortlessly familiar. Danielle and Lyndsey saw an opportunity to give that familiarity a more intentional approach through exceptional ingredients, unexpected flavor combinations, and an experience that feels elevated without losing the fun.
A Coastal Point of View
Palmare was never meant to look like a traditional hot dog stand.
Danielle grew up along the beaches of St. Pete, Florida, and Lyndsey spent years living in Fort Lauderdale. That connection to the coast naturally shaped the world of Palmare: soft ocean hues, warm sand, swaying palms, striped cabanas, good music, and long summer days.
Palmare brings a little of that feeling home to Tennessee.
Rather than focus on the food alone, the founders set out to create a complete experience around it. Polished, playful, and distinctly modern, Palmare brings that same point of view to every event, where catering becomes part of the celebration rather than an afterthought. From the Palm Beach-inspired stripes to the very last drizzle of sauce, every detail works together to look beautiful, taste incredible, and complement the energy of the occasion.

As mothers, Danielle and Lyndsey have always cared about the food they serve their own families. That same consideration became part of Palmare’s foundation and continues to guide the brand today.
The menu starts with premium all-beef hot dogs and freshly baked buttermilk buns from a local Nashville bakery, complemented by thoughtfully prepared sauces, spreads, pickles, slaws, and toppings.
Each signature dog pairs familiar comfort with a little culinary creativity. Palmare believes food can be indulgent, playful, and exceptionally well made at the same time.
